- 1 tbsp Black Pepper (freshly cracked)
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Cornstarch
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 2–3 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 2–3 Green Onions (sliced)
- 1 tsp Sugar (optional)
Instructions
- Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- Combine the chicken with black pepper, soy sauce, and cornstarch in a bowl.
- Let it sit for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- Cook the marinated chicken in a single layer until golden, about 2-3 minutes each side.
- Add minced garlic and stir-fry for another 30 seconds.
- Throw in sliced green onions and stir briefly.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with sugar or more pepper if needed.
- Serve hot over rice or veggies.
