  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix

  • 16 corn tortillas (6-inch, warmed)

  • 12 cups shredded cheese (Monterey Jack, cheddar, or pepper jack)

  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter

  • Salt to taste

Optional Toppings:

Instructions

  • Cook Chicken: Simmer chicken with BBQ sauce + ranch mix (skillet: 15–20 mins, covered). Shred and return to sauce.
