Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the Greek yogurt, eggs, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and baking powder in a large bowl.
  3. Prepare an 8×8-inch baking dish or cast-iron skillet by greasing it lightly.
  4. Pour the yogurt mixture into the greased dish and smooth the top with a spatula.
