  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

For the Lemon-Garlic Herb Butter:

  • 8 tbsp (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted

  • 2 tsp lemon zest

  • 2 cloves garlic, finely grated

  • 2 tsp chopped fresh parsley

  • 1 tsp chopped fresh thyme (optional)

  • ½ tsp smoked paprika (optional but recommended)

  • 4 lemon wedges, for serving


Notes

  • Avoid overcooking: Lobster should be tender, never rubbery.

  • No frozen cooking: Always thaw tails first for even results.
