  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease and flour an 8-inch round cake pan.
  3. Combine 1 cup of Greek yogurt with 3 large eggs in a large mixing bowl and whisk until smooth.
  4. Add 1 cup of granulated sugar and whisk to combine.
  5. Fold the batter gently until smooth and fully combined.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and tap to release air bubbles.
  7. Bake for 30-40 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes
